The question that we get the most is, "What made you choose a shipping container, of all things?" Well, being newlyweds & first time home buyers, we knew that the house we are currently living in will probably not be our "forever home". We love our house so much, but do hope to upgrade someday and live on just a little more land to support our crazy corgi dreams. With this shipping container, if we ever move, we can literally just pick it up and ship it to wherever we are going next. We also loved the modern look & the reliability of the structure. The container is fully insulated making it great for both the summer and winter months. The AC is AMAZING in this Southern Utah heat. The inside has a permanent grooming station and also a washer & dryer. We are just waiting on our countertop to come in, but it is still a few months out, thanks to the pandemic. There is also a cute little doggie door. We did not want to do anything permanent with the inside regarding kennels or whelping pen set ups because it is very convenient to be able to change things up and re adjust anything as needed based on the current situation. You will often see us reorganize the inside as we raise our litters and the seasons change. :)
